CANCELLATION POLICY

To respect everyone’s time, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If a cancellation or reschedule is made less than 24 hours before your appointment, a non refundable deposit will be required in order to rebook. This deposit will go toward your service & you’ll pay the remaining balance at your next appointment. This policy helps protect both your time and mine, as last minute spots are often difficult to fill. No call/ no shows will be charged 100% of service. I completely understand that life happens- emergencies and unforeseen circumstances come up. All I ask is that you communicate with me ASAP and we’ll do our best to work it out together!
